Proven performance, future ready
Gray

As the regulatory landscape evolves, we are helping customers stay ahead with TMP- free alternatives that deliver the same high-quality performance you’ve come to expect from our titanium dioxide ( TiO2) pigments.
Why make the switch?
TMP (trimethylolpropane) is an organic polyol commonly used in TiO2 pigment production to support processability, as well as providing benefits for our customers. However, a potential reclassification is on the horizon. TMP may soon move from a Category 2 to a Category 1B reproductive toxicant under EU regulations – a more serious designation with greater impact on chemical management.
As a result, Venator has proactively developed TMP-free TiO2 pigment options to support your business in navigating this change with confidence.
What we offer
- TMP-free equivalents to some of our most popular TiO2 pigment grades
- Same product names for ease of transition and continuity
- Dedicated SKUs to help you distinguish between TMP-containing and TMP-free deliveries
- Technical support to guide product testing and formulation adjustments if 1:1 replacement isn’t possible
- Flexible supply options while you transition
Already proven in the market
