We are a leading global chemical company that is dedicated to the design and manufacture of titanium dioxide pigments and performance additives.

Developed by a talented teams of experts – committed to continuous, customer-focused innovation - our products add performance and color to thousands of everyday items from paints, inks and plastics to concrete, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

We operate 16 facilities, and employ approximately 2,800 associates worldwide. Our business is represented by two segments; Titanium Dioxide and Performance Additives. For the 12 months ended December 31, 2022, we had total revenues of $2,173m.^*
