Mahomed Maiter is Executive Vice President, Strategy at Venator. He has over 32 years of experience in the chemical and pigment industry covering a range of senior commercial, global sales and marketing, business development, manufacturing and business roles. From January 2007 to April 2017 Mr. Maiter served as Vice President Global Sales and Marketing, Vice President Revenue and Vice President Business Development of Huntsman Corporation's Pigments and Additives business. From August 2005 to December 2006 he was Vice President of Huntsman's European Polymers business. Mr Maiter started his career in the chemical industry in 1985 when he joined the Tioxide business of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in South Africa where he held various operations and manufacturing roles. He relocated to the U.K. in June 1995 to take up a General Manager position in ICI in the Tioxide business and was subsequently appointed to Global Marketing Director and Vice President Commercial. Mr. Maiter graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from University College Dublin, Ireland and has participated in executive management programs at INSEAD (France) and University of Cape Town (South Africa).

Dr Rob Portsmouth, Executive Vice President, Sustainability, EHS and HR has over 26 years’ experience in the chemical industry.  He started his career with Royal Dutch Shell in South Africa before joining the Tioxide business of ICI in South Africa in 1996 where he held roles in manufacturing, operations and technical management.

After relocating to the UK in 2003, Dr Portsmouth served as Director of Global Marketing and Director of Business Development for Huntsman’s Pigments and Additives business between 2003 and 2017. In 2019, he took up the role of Senior Vice President, EHS, Innovation and Technology at Venator, then Senior Vice President EHS and Sustainability before moving into his current role.

Dr Portsmouth was awarded both his Bachelors and Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Natal (South Africa) and received his Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge (UK). He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK).

Alexander Paterson is General Counsel, Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Venator. Prior to joining Venator, Mr. Paterson most recently held senior legal consultancy roles at Sygnature Discovery Ltd from August 2023 to February 2024 and Capita plc from October 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Paterson served as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Kuwait Energy plc from February 2010 to July 2018 and General Counsel of Dubai Group (the financial services investment arm of Dubai Holding) from December 2007 to September 2009. Mr. Paterson qualified as an English Solicitor in 1996 and spent the early part of his career at three international law firms in London including as a corporate partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.

Rebecca Wilson is the Vice President of Communications at Venator and joined the Executive Leadership Team in September 2024. With over 15 years of experience in business communications, Rebecca has a proven track record of excellence in her field. She has a passion and talent for simplifying complex topics to make them easily understandable to all.

In her career spanning over a decade at Venator and previously Huntsman Pigments and Additives, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in its major milestones, including leading the internal communications for the Rockwood acquisition and subsequent Initial Public Offering. Most recently, she was at the forefront of driving a transformative global behavioural change program that reshaped the company’s culture. Her journey at Venator is a testament to her dedication and expertise as she has advanced to her current leadership role.

Rebecca holds a BA Hons in English Language from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
