KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Venator Asia Sdn. Bhd. has previously announced that on November 26, 2025, the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur granted an order for Venator Asia Sdn. Bhd. to convene separate meetings with three (3) classes of its creditors for the purpose of proposing a scheme of arrangement pursuant to Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016.
The High Court also granted an order under Section 368 of the Companies Act 2016, on the same day, restraining the commencement or continuation of, amongst other things, legal proceedings against Venator Asia Sdn. Bhd. for an initial period of three (3) months to provide Venator Asia Sdn Bhd in order to enable Venator Asia Sdn Bhd to formulate and present its proposed scheme of arrangement to its creditors.
Please be informed that on February 24, 2026, the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has extended both the convening order and the restraining order up to November 26, 2026.
