Venator – a leading supplier of specialty chemicals and ingredients is proud to announce that Jo Douglas-Harris, one of our talented leaders, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Young Leader of the Year Award by the British Coatings Federation (BCF). This award recognises the impact and innovation of young leaders in the coatings industry.
Jo is the Global Surface Coatings Product and Applications Manager at Venator, bringing several years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing (STEM) as well as leadership. Her exceptional values, work ethic and unwavering commitment to creating value for our customers, business and communities have earned her this well-deserved recognition.
The BCF, a key Trade Association representing paint and coating manufacturers and sellers in the UK and abroad celebrates the achievements and excellence of the coatings sector through its annual awards. Jo was selected as a finalist from a highly competitive pool of over 70 entries, evaluated by an independent judging panel.
