Say hello to Venator at IFT18

Visit Venator at IFT18 at Stand S3652
July 15-18, McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, Illinois

Wynyard, UK – Experts from Venator – previously Huntsman Pigments & Additives – will be exhibiting at IFT18 in July. At the show, Venator will be promoting its wide range of titanium dioxide and high purity inorganic pigments, which are proven to enhance the appearance of food and drink formulations. Products under the spotlight will include Venator’s most recent food and drink innovation - HOMBITAN® AFDC 101 pigment.

Mineral-based, HOMBITAN® AFDC 101 pigment is renowned for its ability to deliver exceptional whiteness, opacity and coverage. Fully dispersible in aqueous systems, HOMBITAN® AFDC 101 pigment can be used to boost the natural whiteness of dairy products and to give instant drinks and creamers a milkier-looking appearance. It can also be used in multi-layered food products, dry blends and baking mixtures.

During IFT, Venator will also be promoting its range of color pigments for the food and drink industry. Certified for application in many specialty food products, Venator’s color pigments can bring color intensity and vibrancy to edible items - helping them look as good as they taste.

Reiner Mertscheit, Global Business Director at Venator, said: “Over many years we’ve built up a wellestablished range of pigments and additives for the global food and drinks market. We are proud to be able to offer a product portfolio that’s designed to meet the most stringent quality and compliance standards for this industry. IFT18 will be the perfect opportunity to talk to our North and Latin American customers about their food formulation challenges and further promote our HOMBITAN® AFDC 101 pigment technology.”

Venator’s titanium dioxide and color pigments for the food and drink industry meet global regulatory requirements and are produced in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
